I have once again, recommitted myself to the Keto Lifestyle. I don't do this because I am trying the next crazy diet fad in desperation to lose weight. Rather, I follow the keto diet because I did some biohacking and discovered this is the best eating style for my body.
I have struggled in some areas. I miss certain foods and get tempted to go off track. One of the major foods I have had problems with is my morning coffee.
