I am all about quick fix meals. My life seems to always be on the go, never knowing what will happen in the next five minutes. This crazy, on the go, always changing lifestyle makes it hard to stick to a "diet" or to lose weight. Finally, I realized I had to find a way to eat food I really enjoyed, that was healthy AND that was quick. I needed real food for a real lifestyle.
Just in the last two weeks, I have dialed in on my healthy nutrition, eating fast cook meals and have lost 3.6 pounds. Woot woot!! Ok, ok, back to my post about quick, healthy meals. In my need for things quick, I threw together and created this Healthy, Gut Healing Recipe that can be made in 10 minutes or less.

Turkey Sausage & Kale Soup
2 oz Turkey Sausage
1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/2 TBSP Coconut oil
1 c Kale
2 cups Bone Broth
Place oil, minced garlic and Sausage in pot and cook thoroughly. Add Kale until oil starts turn brown and Kale is getting tender and wilted some. Add in Broth and cook for about 5 min, until it is boiling and all flavors mixed.
