I can't believe I actually cooked a whole Spaghetti Squash in the Crockpot. That is super cool. ? I have included a yummy, healthy Spaghetti Squash Recipe in this blog. But First - we need to know how to cook your Spaghetti Squash. One of my favorite, easiest ways to cook my Spaghetti Squash is in my crockpot. There are other options such as in the oven or microwave. However, this post is How to Cook a Whole Spaghetti Squash in the Crockpot. Are you ready for this? It can get complicated so hold onto your hats. LOL.........If you want to use the crockpot method to cook your whole Spaghetti Squash, here we go - You wash squash, pierce 6-8 times and place in crockpot, whole with 1 cup water. Cook 8 hrs on low or 6 hours on high. Remove from crockpot, cut in half, remove seeds, scrape out spaghetti squash. Taaaa Daaaaa. Now you are the proud owner of a whole cooked Spaghetti Squash. So now what will you do???? How about a Spaghetti Squash Pasta Bake. This recipe is Gluten Free, Clean Eating, Healthy, Dairy Free, 21 Day Fix Friendly, Paleo and Sugar Free. Please Note: Check the labels of the products you are going to use in the recipe to ensure there is no added sugar, gluten, dairy, etc.

Spaghetti Squash "Pasta" Bake
Serves 2-3 8 oz Ground Chicken 2 tsp minced garlic 1 Whole Spaghetti Squash (cooked) Salt (to taste) 1 tsp Coconut Oil 1 cup Organic Pasta Sauce Optional: Top with cheese (the recipe will no longer be dairy free topped with cheese) Place oil, garlic, dash of salt and ground chicken in skillet and cook until done. Then add in cooked spaghetti squash and pasta sauce. Sauté until heated completely. Can top with optional cheese and heat until melted. I hope you enjoy this post. Please be sure to LIKE and SHARE.
